A Heart for Restoration

Alicia M. Rincones

Founder & CEO · MA, LPC, NCC · U.S. Navy Veteran

Alicia is a Licensed Professional Counselor, clergywoman, author, public speaker, and disabled U.S. Navy veteran who has called Virginia home since 2001. During her military service at Naval Station Norfolk, she served as a military police officer — an experience that shaped her passion for helping people navigate difficult seasons with resilience, compassion, and strength.

Known for her authentic, honest, and deeply compassionate approach, Alicia walks the hard road of restoration with her clients — believing healing involves the whole person: emotionally, mentally, relationally, and spiritually. She is especially committed to serving veterans, families, and underserved communities across Hampton Roads.
